The Opportunity
Working within a dedicated team of Data#3 Managed Services Support Officers, our client seeks a professional Desktop Support Officer to work onsite in the Brisbane CBD.
The role will be a combination of both face-to-face and remote/phone support for standard software and operating systems to desktop computers, laptops, Audio Visual equipment and problem analysis associated with deployment of assets, support and software installation. Every day is different! So someone who has the ability to work without supervision is highly regarded.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience working in a desktop support position
- Ability to engage with all types of Stakeholders
- Windows 7/8/10 support experience
- MS Office 2010 and Office 365/ AD/ Exchange support experience
- Installation of standard software packages and printers following documented instructions
- Excellent presentation skills
