This very large and rapidly expanding IT Services and Consulting organisation in the Sydney area is looking for an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant/Scrum Master for an initial contract until the end of September initially with the potential for extension for a further 12 months if the fit is right.
Strong Consultant to Senior Manager, years of experience range from 5 – 10+ years.
Role Details:
- The role is less of a BA role and more a functional domain lead to help the project to work through the functional decomposition of the business requirements and high-level solution architecture, which will be used to inform the functional specification and design of the Oracle Banking Product (OBP) configurations. The latter will be done by the Oracle functional consultants.
- The role will also be a liaison between the Capability Groups (who define the business requirements, business processes and product requirements) and the Banking Platform Application Delivery functions of the program.
Skills Required:
- Oracle Banking Platform - experience in Oracle application implementation /SOA / Integration or automation technologies
- SCRUM Master – worked or ability to lead cross-organisation scrum teams
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Agile
- Experience in banking & complex delivery
