What you’ll do…
Manage PetSure’s core enterprise systems AND mentor both onshore and offshore teams! You will work within the Engineering team to deliver IT and business projects, manage and support ERP, CRM, CMS and SaaS platform, and assist with architecting new systems.
To be successful in the role you will need:
- Degree qualification in a relevant field, with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience;
- Experience within the Insurance or Financial Services industry;
- 7+ years of experience with ERP systems such as MS Dynamics NAV, Pega Systems, Guidewire Aquarium or Duck Creek;
- Experience in Microsoft tech stack (Dynamics NAV, CRM, .NET, SQL Server);
- Experience working closely with Vendors and Development Partners;
- Proven ability to define and implement end-to-end solutions;
- Experience working with offshore teams., preferably in a development capacity; and
- Exceptional relationship skills
