As a Telstra Enterprise Partner for over 20 years, our business operations in mobility and IT services are continuously growing, and we are seeking an ambitious Network Solutions Specialist to join our successful team.

The successful candidate will build strong relationships and drive sustainable financial growth in selling IT solutions such as data, IP, collaboration and cloud.

You will be working closely with the greater team to build solutions, as well as with Telstra Account Executives and Solution Specialists in promoting Telstra services for new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting our top 10 Enterprise Accounts by providing technology solutions
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Design and build suitable data and strategic solutions for customer requirements - VOIP, SIP, TIPT and Telstra Liberate
  • Create quotes and proposals for customer requirements and build sales pipelines
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients, Telstra Account Executives and/or teams
  • Accountable for revenue growth, customer NPS and exceeding target expectations
  • Build strong long-term relationships with new and existing clients

Skills and Experience: 

  • Demonstrable experience in dealing with high-level negotiations, creating quotes and designing customer specific solutions
  • Proven track record in converting sales leads
  • Previous experience in the IT and telecommunications industry essential
  • Previous experience in Telstra business products and processes is beneficial
  • Effective communicator
  • Team player with self-starter attributes
  • Cisco Certification an advantage but not essential
