As a Senior Business Analyst you will have experience in asset maintenance processes and asset management systems implementations.  

Responsibilities:

• Elicitation and documentation of requirements and other business analysis artefacts including but not limited to detailed requirements specifications, use case documentation, process documentation, process maps, data catalogues, or gap analysis.
• Ensuring that all requirements are properly managed and traceable to original program goals and scope, including baselining and change control.
• Ensuring that all artefacts align to program/project goals, benefits and scope, including elaboration of core security and resilience impacts.

 
Skills and experience:

• 7 years+ experience as a Business Analyst
• 3 years+ experience in Asset Management
• Proven ability to document stakeholder and solution requirements for asset management systems.
• Previous experience working across divergent stakeholder groups including asset managers/owners, ICT operations and technical teams.

Desired skills:

• Large Transformation Project experience
• Previous experience introducing or uplifting asset management capability into an organisation.
• Knowledge of BABOK and BPMN
