As part of a large scale relocation project, my client Parramatta based client is seeking seeing an experienced eLearning Instructional Designer to assist with developing technical eLearning courses.
You will be required to:
- Consult with Business Unit Stakeholders and assist with the development of module storyboards.
- Identify interactive and creative ways of displaying technical content.
- Design graphical/infographic designs to be used within course content.
- Use a variety of software when creating interactive content (ie - Snaggit 2018, Canva, Camtasia, LucidChart, Vimeo and GoAnimate).
- Publish and upload SCORM packages to the LMS for review.
Essential skills and experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of current eLearning Instructional Design experience;
- Experience within developing graphics and infographics;
- Experience of working within a project environment;
- You will be working in a large team, so must work effectively within a team and be a team player;
- Ability to work under project deadlines;
- At times, you will be required to work autonomously, so must be self-motivated;
- Time management skills;
- Intermediate keyboard skills;
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or Diploma of Training Design and Development (or equivalent); and
- Intermediate Microsoft software skills (Word and Excel).
Full training provided on the course authoring tool (Adapt) and the Learning Management System (Moodle).
The position is full-time and based in Parramatta. Travel may be required to establish and maintain productive relationships with the business located in regional areas.
