Join our dynamic Service Delivery Team to support and mature our Managed Services ITSM capability, delivering quality outcomes to our new and existing customer base.

Why do we want you?

• You have proven experience administering and configuring enterprise service management applications, including ServiceNow.
• You have solid experience with client scripting (JavaScript, HTML).
• You have 2+ years of experience as a System Administrator for ServiceNow and 5+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery
• You have a natural ability to take up challenges, adapt to the business needs and stay focused on delivering results.
• Ideally you will also have experience leading process implementations
• You also have proven experience with technical writing and document management/control practices.

What will we ask you to do?

• Configuration of the ServiceNow tool including workflows and custom script development leveraging strong JavaScript programming skills.
• Use scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to automate routine tasks.
• Create Requirements Definitions and Technical Specifications Documentation as required.
• Load, manipulate and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems through application integration.
• Monitor system performance to ensure high availability and optimal usability.
• Research, plan and deploy new releases and/or enhancements into the ServiceNow environment as required.
