Two positions exist in our Eastern Health ICT Department
Eastern Health is one of Melbourne’s largest public health services. We provide a comprehensive range of high quality acute, sub-acute, palliative care, mental health, drug and alcohol, residential care and community health services to people and communities that are diverse in culture, age, socio-economic status, population and healthcare needs.
We are looking for motivated and engaging individuals with high attention to detail to work with our ICT Application team.
System Integration Specialist – ICT Department
You will be working collaboratively with the Application team, Project managers and key stakeholders within Eastern Health, you will primarily be responsible for the management and delivery of middleware and integration solutions to support core Clinical and Business system.
We are looking for some-one who has experience in both technical leadership and design / development roles in complex and large-scale projects, specialising in integration / middleware projects.
Junior integration Developer – ICT Department
As part of the team you will be supporting and maintaining existing applications, be involved with the diagnosis of problems and any technical related issues. You should have prior experience in programming and database design.
You will be required to assist with further enhancement and troubleshooting of previously developed software.
Opportunity to work closely with our integration team, support our integration environment and be involved in the migration to a new integration platform.
To be successful in these roles you should:
- Be motivated by learning new technologies, Excited to solve intriguing problems
- Under these web development technologies: .NET, C#, ASP.NET, JQuery, Microsoft SQL Server
- Have exposure to these integration stack technologies is nice to have, but not mandatory: JCAPS, HL7, Java
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Demonstrated effective written skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated relevant experience.
