Position Summary:

Role: ORGANIZATION CHANGE MANAGEMENT (OCM)

Plan, define and manage the implementation of change management such as:

  • Opportunity stage: High level change impact assessment
  • Identification and selection stage: Change management strategy/plan and stakeholder analysis
  • Definition stage: Change readiness survey, change impact analysis., communications and engagement plan, training needs analysis
  • Execution stage: Delivery of plans, business readiness assessment, sustainability checklist, lessons learned

Mandatory Skills:

  • Minimum three years' experience in structured change management
  • Should be accustomed to leading change management activities in IT/Business/Transformation environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to rapidly assimilate into client cultures and analyse immediate and long term challenges and priorities
  • Confident in presenting to all levels of staff up to senior managers
  • Ability to determine creative and potentially unusual solutions to complex challenges
  • Should have some project management capability (not mandatory).
