Green Light Perth require a Desktop Support Analyst for a short term inital engagement, with the possibility of a permanent opportunity arising, based in Perth CBD. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem solving skills with the ability to resolve technical problems quickly and efficiently via remote or hands-on approach. Experience with troubleshooting iPhone, iPad, Surface Pro hardware, Microsoft outlook software will be highly regarded; as will strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows 10 enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing hardware and software desktop support, at least 5 years commercial experience
  • Well-developed systems/desktop administration/management skills of the preferred operating system
  • System administration – AD, SCCM, AppV, Citrix etc
  • Microsoft Patching deployment knowledge and best practices
  • Hardware and software installation, configuration, removal, decommissioning
  • Working to a roster, supporting multiple sites and be prepared to travel between them
