A new opportunity exists for a Hardware Engineer to join an innovative company primarily focussed on developing world leading technology. They are seeking an experienced Engineer to deliver hardware sub-systems on schedule in a project based environment.
 
The successful person will be involved in the design and development of new hardware and associated embedded software to meet written product requirements, as well as enhance/maintain existing hardware and software.
 

Responsibilities include: 

• Identification of hardware requirements to meet system requirements.
• Support to integration of hardware solutions into the system solution.
• Development of hardware design documentation.
• Support to hardware acceptance testing.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle including specification, estimation, design, implementation, integration, test, customer acceptance, deployment and defect investigation.

 
Skills, Knowledge and Requirements 

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of software/hardware engineering development experience.
• C / C++ programming experience developed via ARM workbench
• Experienced in the design of schematic and PCB layouts.
• Experienced in real-time system engineering
