As a Service Desk Analyst you will support our business with all IT Support requests and assist our team in achieving ongoing success in the industry.To continue our growth and success we are looking for an aspiring Service Desk Analyst to support the business based in Sydney City.

Your new role
As a member of our friendly IT Service Desk team, you will provide user support and technical assistance for the organisations' computer and telephone systems and ensure that administrative aspects of the organisations' computer systems are maintained in an efficient and organised manner.
Providing excellent servicing to our organisation staff you will contribute to improving the operation's productivity.

What you'll need to succeed
As the successful incumbent in this role, you will have:

  • Drive and the desire to build your career in an exciting and growing organisation
  • Outstanding communication skills and a vibrant personality
  • Sound knowledge of Active Directory and experience creating new users (no scripts)
  • A solid understanding of Exchange
  • Experience using ticketing systems (Heat Preferential)
  • Experience working to KPI's and proven ability to meet these
  • Full permanent working rights in Australia
