Nature of job: Casual with possibility of leading to a full-time position

Project Commencement date: Immediately

Work Location: Sydney CBD

Client: Leading Bank Corporation

What I will need; your police check. While we are waiting for your verifications if you are successful, you will gain work in our IT Warehouse  / projects until this is complete

Responsibilities (not limited to)

  • Customer Service is your middle name. You are confident, humble, you listen to the customer needs to deliver to their expectations
  • Strong desktop support experience and being able to multitask
  • Must have worked on Windows 7 PC support via phone, email and remote assistance tools.
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Trouble shoot internal technical support tickets
  • Hands on mobility devices support - iPhones and iPads
  • Experience working with remote support tools such as RDP and remote assistance
  • Familiar with video conferencing technologies
  • Experience with a ticketing tool such as Remedy and ServiceNow.

  • Has initiative and wants to learn all areas
  • Excellent technical skills with regards to PC hardware and related equipment
  • Professionalism in attitude, actions and appearance.
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise however ensuring care and accuracy in getting the job done right
  • Initiative and ability to plan and organise yourself
  • Can work well within a team and autonomously with an ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
