You will be a passionate about customer amazement and you will radiate a "how can we blow our customers' minds" mantra. You must be fluent in both FRENCH and ENGLISH. This job needs someone who has a understanding of the tech environment and a "nothing's impossible" attitude. A role is currently open for a support team leader to engage and manage our clients through a large cloud-based SAAS support team in our rapidly growing company. The successful candidate will be part of a small and dynamic team of experts in their field that is expanding globally. We are extremely proud of what we build and you will be an integral part of it championing PharmaData and providing scheduled and ad-hoc support to a network of international clients.

 

Job Description:

• Ability to speak/write fluently in French and English is required

• Handle incoming calls/emails and report incidents

• Make outbound calls to assist with proactive support procedures

• Installations of windows software

• Technical support and troubleshooting of user issues

• Ability to work flexible hours performing support tasks during French business hours

 

General Maintenance:

• Build and maintain rapport with existing client base

• Assist in maintaining the Microsoft Dynamics CRM and its entities/forms/workflows

• Assisting with the maintenance/improvement of internal knowledge base

 

Technical Requirements and Experience:

• Comprehensive understanding of Windows operating systems including Windows XP through to Windows 10 and recent server editions of Windows

• Comprehensive understanding of Linux operating systems

• Experience with JIRA advantageous but not essential.

• Excellence with Microsoft Office programs is essential (Excel mainly)

• Experience  maintaining and using CRM is essential (Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous)

• Excellence with Microsoft SQL is advantageous


Ultimately you will serve as the main point of contact on behalf of PharmaData for our clients. We are looking for bright and personable customer amazement skills that form a well-rounded communicator and team member ready for any challenge. You will ideally be a quick learner who has an analytical mind for troubleshooting tech support issues and the ability to work collaboratively with team members of all departments. Foosball skills won't go astray in this office.
