Graduate landscape architect job working with leading design practice in Melbourne.
Your new company
Based in Central Melbourne's (Richmond), this consultancy has an exceptional reputation across Australia. Their work is diverse and they focus on master planning, design and documentation of landscape and urban design projects, open space strategies, visual impact assessments and VCAT. Most of this companies work (95%) is focussed on the commercial sector and exciting stand out projects.
Your new role
This entry level landscape architect job will see you working on a variety of projects including documentation, town planning, VCAT and master-planning to name but a few. You will be given a workload from day one that you will manage and you will deal with all stakeholders, including local government, customers and state government. As you will be joining a growing company, the role will be defined by your interests and the projects you want to work on.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline. It’s important that you have highly developed communication skills and sound knowledge of AutoCAD. Further experience in Adobe Suite, Sketchup and Rhino would be beneficial but not essential. International experience will be considered with suitable design experience.
