About the company:
This Australian-owned private property development company has been around since the late 90’s and is recognised for it’s diverse projects across residential, commercial and retail.

About the role:

• Liaise with the MD's to produce new, innovative designs
• Ensure efficiency of designs by liaising with the appropriate teams
• Manage design workflow end-to-end from preliminary drawings through to full working drawings
• Comply with all legislative requirements

Requirements:

• Experience as a Draftsperson within development
• Experience working across Australian medium density projects
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD
• Enthusiastic and hardworking with strong attention to detail
