As Web Analyst, you will be responsible for the implementation of analytics across all our digital touch points and providing the business with detailed reporting, analysis and insights. Also, identifying key opportunities, recommending improvements and maintaining digital data integrity. You will also be gathering business requirements and designing tracking and reporting solution for digital campaigns and the Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) program of work as well as reporting, insights and optimisation for digital campaigns.

Some of your key accountabilities will include:

  • Maintaining digital data integrity through best-in-class implementation frameworks, post launch analysis and tracking audits digital campaigns and the CRO program of work. 
  • Designing easy-to-digest dashboards and concise presentations through summarising data insights, outcomes and implications in a straight-forward and enlightening way.
  • Providing insights and analysis on performance in order to improve conversion and the customer experience.
  • Continuously improving analytics tracking and identifying where key issues are occurring in the customer journey flow. 

This is a 12 month fixed term position reporting to the Senior Manager of Digital Operations & Optimisation and sits in our wider Digital team based in North Sydney.

Ideally you should have previous experience in a Digital or Web Analyst role (agency or client side) with strong experience across all digital channels including web, mobile, email, video and social media. You should have a solid understanding of digital marketing solutions and channels, the production process and the technologies that underpin these solutions; coupled with a thorough understanding of online metrics and knowledge of various digital marketing & analytics technologies (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Tealium Tag Management, Observepoint and Google Analytics). A strong understanding of numbers and ability to identify the key trends and interpret this into meaningful insights for the business is highly advantageous, as is basic SQL and HTML/JavaScript Skills.
