The Role
This is a rare opportunity for a strong Architect to join a highly regarded boutique practice to work on a range of high-profile residential projects. You will have 7+ years experience locally and have the ability to drive a project through documentation phase independently. Strong client facing, contract admin and Vectorworks documentation skills are essential and the ability to hit the ground running on drawing packages is a must. Great opportunity to join a highly-regarded design studio.

Located in a prime Sydney location, this established practice produces iconic, high-end residential projects and fresh, exciting commercial fit outs for some of the worlds most renowned fashion brands. Creating simple, modern classic designs that centre around beautiful materials and attentive craftsmanship. Their creative team of designers are passionate about what they do which is proven from their award-winning portfolio of work.
Skills and Experience
- Graduate of Architecture with 5 - 7 years experience
- Ability to work autonomously, without the need for close supervision
- Experience in contract administration and projects in construction phase
- Understanding of regulations and building projects when on site
- Confident communicator on the telephone, as the role will require contact with contractors, and consultants in Victoria.
- Day to day building contract administration support
- Answering RFI’s from contractor
- Supporting the Project Architect in assessing claims and certification
- Filing, collating and issuing drawings and documentation
- Preparing drawn documentation and details in Vectorworks
- Vectorworks a bonus
