The Role
This award-winning practice is looking for a creative Interior Designer to join their talented team. This position will be dynamic and exciting, you will be working across a variety of sectors and on a variety of levels, from solely running projects to working in a collaborative team delivering design development, FF&E and documentation. The successful candidate will have a proven portfolio of works, demonstrated design skills and a confident outgoing personality. This is an initial 3 month contract role with a strong view to go permanent.
The Company
You would be working closely with the team across multiple disciplines capturing a shared vision. The ideal candidate will have 5 years solid experience, a hospitality focus, be proficient in Revit and have an excellent portfolio of work. They are looking for a strong all rounder who can work independently, managing and working on documentation without the assistance of the team. You will be a team player, passionate about your work and committed to growth.
Skills and Experience
- Complete qualifications within Interior Design
- A minimum of 3-5 years professional experience
- Portfolio demonstrating strong concept design, FF&E and documentation skills
- A high-level of proficiency using Revit
- Local Australian standard BCA knowledge and experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and visually
- Enthusiastic an driven attitude
