About the company:Our client is a residential volume builder that has grown to be one of the largest land owners in Victoria, with over 700 homes in the pipeline for construction. They are proud to have a long-standing team of over 400, and the ability to provide career progression to their staff.
About the role:
- Arrange colour selection appointments with clients
- Assist clients with internal and external colours, fittings and products for their new home and document the choices on the appropriate forms
- Advise clients of furniture placing/colours
- Document any variations
- Sell appropriate upgrades to clients
- Maintain up to date colour selection rooms
- Prepare presentation boards
- Experience as a Colour Consultant
- Qualification in Interior Decorating or equivalent
- Experience in reading and interpreting plans and elevation drawings
- Professional attitude, outgoing and friendly personality
- Knowledge of the colour selection process for volume housing
- Basic skills on Lotus Notes and Microsoft Office
