The Role
We are seeking enthusiastic, proactive and experienced individuals to join DesignInc Sydney as Architects to work on some exciting new transport and infrastructure projects.
We are on the look-out for high calibre applicants who are not only talented but also enjoy a dynamic, progressive, challenging and fun workplace.
You will have at least 8 years’ industry experience with strong understanding and proven experience in all aspects of concept design, documentation, contract administration, quality control, project management, and client management. You must be proficient in Revit and be well organised and reliable with exceptionally high attention to detail.
We are recruiting for 'hands on' roles and need real team players with a positive attitude to take on each new task, no matter how big or small.
To be successful in the role you will have/be:
- A formal qualification/degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 8 years’ post qualification industry experience
- Strong design and technical skills
- Proven experience in construction documentation
- Practical experience in the production of work using Revit
- Excellent eye for detail and design resolution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
- Approachable with strong organisation and time management skills
- Ablility to multi-task and engage with and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all levels
