The Company
This reputable builder is amongst the prestigious top builders in Sydney, building a beautiful home for 3rd and 4th homebuyers. We are still feeling the pressure from the last 18 months and so many jobs coming through, so you will need some experience to hit the ground running. Really great team who all support each other, you will make friends and learn a lot.
With stunningly finished offices close to transport and amenities - this is a role you can really get stuck into!
The Role
Reporting to the Team Leader, she has been where you are: at the start. Working her way up, she is very experienced with new homes from display level and down, new herself to the role, she is open and encouraging team culture and support.
The new role will involve:
- Meeting with Clients on a daily basis completing all Internal colour selections, including kitchens, floor coverings, window coverings and staircases.
- Working with clients regarding lighting and electrical planning and helping to customise lighting to suit individual requirements.
- Around 4 appointments per week - if you wanted to start in externals and work up to Internals, that is an option
What you need
You will ideally have the following criteria:
- Some previous experience as an Interior Designer
- Previous experience within a Colour Consultant role in the project homes industry highly favoured
- Evidence of proactive qualities and ability to work autonomously
- Professional attitude, outgoing and friendly personality
