The Job Role

To engage the services of a highly experienced and expert strategic user experience designer to provide specialised, strategic and end-to-end design expertise to project teams and business areas across the department. This work will include service strategy and digital design contributing to the department’s alignment to the Digital Service Standard.

The successful candidate will be an experienced strategic designer/UX design specialist with a very strong background in telephony. A focus on new and emerging telephony related technologies is essential.
