ABOUT THE COMPANY
With over 100 years’ experience in Architectural wood products, this well respected and trustworthy business has secured specifications for some of Australians most iconic buildings such as the Sydney Opera house. They are well known for their the beautifully crafted natural wood products which, are heavily sought after by most of the leading architect & design practices.
ROLE
As an architectural reprehensive you will be the pioneer of the successes for Melbourne & VIC specifications. You will build, develop and grow strong relationships with the leading A&D practices, ensuring that you build a solid project pipeline for residential and commercial projects.
DUTIES
- To gain A&D specification projects within Melbourne with: Architects and Designers Commercial & Residential projects
- Network effectively with; Architects, Designers, Consultants and End Users to ensure you forge strong relationships
- Plan, prepare and conduct CPD presentations to Architect & Designers
- Provide and update samples books within Architect practices
- Build, develop and grow a strong project pipeline of specifications
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- A demonstrable track record specification success in the following industries would be an advantage: Timber, Wood, Plywood, Veneers, Interior Panels, Interior surfaces and Doors.
- You should have extensive experience working with; A&D (Architects & Designers)
- A passion for design and architecture
- Have a natural ability to open doors/ opportunities with Architects & Designers
- Must be organised, methodical and pride themselves on customer services
