Our client is looking to recruit an experienced and driven Production Manager to grow their growing team. Are you a dedicated individual who has the ability to work under pressure..? You must have proven experience working within a similar position and have strong knowledge within the whole production process.    

Reporting to the Merchandising Director, you must have exceptional critical path management experience as well as a thorough understanding of premium garments and quality.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of local and offshore supplier relations
• Garment production management to meet the company's quality standards and delivery schedules
• Trouble shooting and process revaluation to ensure on time delivery at the highest possible margin
• Further develop production and sourcing policy and processes to support the business
• Management of the distribution team and production coordinator 

To Be Successful You Will Have:

• Proven experience within production in a premium / high-end label
• Experience in swim is advantageous
• A keen passion for product and range development 
• Exceptional team management and motivational skills
• Local and offshore experience
• A track record of consistently meeting production deadlines and ensuring product specifications and quality standards are met
• Strong presentation and communication skills, written and verbal
• Good organisational and time management skills & a proven ability to adhere to deadlines
