For this opportunity, you must have a minimum of 4-5 years design agency experience, have strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, have a thorough understanding of the B2B Space and have a strong eye for design.

You will report directly to the Art Director and assist with mentoring another team member. As the Mid-Senior Designer your key duties will be to:

Primary tasks & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and lead the branding and digital creative direction of the business
• Concept and execute marketing campaigns across all channels
• Creation and maintenance of campaigns, websites and web-related materials
• Work closely with the Art Director to ensure consistency of brand and quality of work
• Work closely with developers to execute campaigns
• Communicating and presenting to clients, from conceptualisation to refinement to finish, all the while creating brand-consistent, attractive and meaningful designs that can translate across multiple channels
• Creation of marketing materials such as business paper, brochures and EDM's (both digital and print)
• Quality control production of jobs

Key competencies:

• Up to date with current trends in branding and digital design
• High level talent in graphic design, good understanding of typography, colour, language and form
• Present creative work, provide opinion in meetings, empathise with client and project needs
• Attention to detail
• Quality control production of jobs
• Experience in B2B professional service websites

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 4-5 years of industry experience with a design degree or similar qualifications in design
• Extensive proficiency with the entire Adobe Creative Suite: Indesign, Photoshop & Illustrator
• Proven track record in Brand Development, digital design and packaging design
• Demonstrated ability in implementing and executing innovative conceptual campaigns
• Knowledge of different digital platforms including web and mobile
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, and experience with content management systems
• An outstanding eye for detail. You will have the ability to think creatively and also respond to direction when required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Photography, Video and UX/UI experience will be looked upon favourably.
