A multi award winning practice with sleek offices in Melbourne’s CBD are actively seeking an experienced Interior Design Team Leader to work with this Design Practice for a number of key projects. A rare opportunity has arisen for a designer with extensive experience working on high rise residential projects to join this imaginative and creative firm, with leadership experience in managing and mentoring staffs.

This practice is renowned for their high design solutions for a range of clients from the residential, hospitality, hotel and commercial sectors. It is important that you have multi-unit residential experience as the project you will be working on from the outset is a high rise unit. Your duties will be running residential projects, but it is imperative that you are design led and have experience designing bespoke / one off projects.

Although you will be responsible for working on and overseeing all stages of the projects, it is imperative that you are creative, enthusiastic about design while at the same time have commercial sense. Looking for someone at 10 plus years experience post grad experience, you will have full ownership in running large projects, client presentations and leading a winning team.
