Your new company


Our client is one of the largest names in residential construction on the Gold Coast. They are well known for their high-quality investment homes and townhouses, which are now constructed Australia-wide. Our client has one of the largest product ranges on the market and is constantly diversifying their product offering.

Your new role


You will be reporting to the drafting manager and working in a team of 5 draftsman. This role will offer you great career progression and development as ongoing training will be offered to the right candidate. You will be completing modifications to standard plans, also assisting the design of some custom homes.

What you'll need to succeed


You will be experienced in residential drafting, preferably from a volume background. ArchiCAD proficiency is essential for this role, as is relevant drafting qualifications.
