We are a small Architect firm based in Surry Hills. Our approach to educational architecture is both individualised and collaborative to offer our clients the highest level of attention and care. With current success on a range of projects, we are looking to expand our team for a talented Graduate of Architects/Interior Designers.

Skills and experience required:

• 2+ years experience
• Design talent is essential
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD is essential.
• Work well under high pressure deadlines
• Previous work in the educational space of architecture is essential.
• Goal orientated, self-motivated and team player
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia

Responsibilities:

• Helps in the designing of tenders and/or masterplans for every project. Can modify the designs as instructed.
• Assisting Senior Architects in an all-round capacity on a range of high quality large scale educational projects.
• Prepares the contracts and other documents for all the projects.
• Checks if all the projects and designs follow the design and safety standards.
• Has to brief other team members about the additions to the design and safety standards defined by the regulatory body.
• Make drawing or paste a design on the paper.
• Make layout design, space planning, make use of equipment’s and furnishings, choose and coordinate color scheme.
• Estimate requirements of material and their cost.
• Consults with their clients and customer to know about their required designs.
