The Role...
Is an excellent opportunity for a Drafter with experience in residential construction. The role will be a great learning opportunity for someone relatively new to the industry or a great opportunity for an experienced Drafter to grow their career at a rapid rate. You will be working on a number of upcoming subdivision projects, so experience in this area will be highly regarded.
Your major Responsibilities will include:
- Creating drawings and documentation for tenders, masters and site
- Provide drafting services for homes and land packages
- Work with closely a range of stakeholders
- Identify cost effective solutions to design variations
- Preparing final drawings
You Will Need...
- Drafting experience in residential construction
- Excellent proficiency with AutoCAD
- Relevant Qualifications and Training
- An ambition to grow your career
