About the role

The ideal candidate will need to have a passion and understanding of cars and bikes, strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their talent for digital graphic design.

We are seeking a full time, five days a week Digital Designer with excellent organisational, technical skills and a creative individual to join our marketing team. The successful applicant will work across a diverse range of projects such as flyers, digital both web & EDM campaigns, online store and creative campaigns which include social media platform management.

This role is an excellent opportunity to take ownership and effectively lead the visual communication direction for Fitted Festival.  A small office environment, in three states which has a rewarding role filled with lots of variety to keep you engaged and loving what you do.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Eastcoast team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Create compelling merchandise designs, flyer designs and digital
• Up to date with the latest social media trends and strong knowledge of social media platforms
• Assist and contribute with the planning, developing, organising, executing integrated marketing and advertising campaigns
• Develop and refine the social media strategy via our Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and YouTube
• Website design platforms
• Building online store

Applicants will need the following skills and attributes to be considered for the role:

• Have a license and drive a vehicle
• MUST have a genuine passion for all things automotive
• Must be fluent in English
• Approved qualification with a minimum of 3-5 year experience in full-time role and experience
• Ability to understand written and verbal work instructions
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate at all levels with a positive attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A strong commitment to learning
• Social media management
• Problem solver
• Be a team player, flexible and open to constructive criticism
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Design or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (illustrator, photoshop and in design)
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking and design skills
• Portfolio of work

It is imperative that applicants are qualified, experienced, have the capability to write and demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised to defined process specifications.
