ABOUT THE COMPANY.
Join this Local Council as a Strategic Section 149 Planner on an initial 6 month contract. Establish yourself within a team of 5 highly skilled professionals who encourage continuous growth and development.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Strategic Section 149 Planner you will report to the group Manager and will be responsible for administering and reviewing the content of planning section 149 certificates prior to issue, improving processes and developing a consolidated methodology and providing advice on planning matters.
DUTIES.
- Administering and reviewing section 149 certificates
- Improving processes and developing consolidated methodologies
- Providing technical advice on planning issues
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Degree qualifications in Town Planning or related
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Knowledge of local government and environmental legislation
