ABOUT THE COMPANY

This highly reputable and Melbourne leading Architectural practice has constantly seen success and growth and is seeking an ArchiCAD Documentor to assist with documentation on a variety of projects. This firm is heavily involved in a range of project sectors and has developed a phenomenal reputation.

ABOUT THE POSITION

You will be responsible for the preparation of documentation, liaising with stakeholders, and managing the DA stage from start to finish. You will utilise and grow on your strong ArchiCAD knowledge and experience. In particular, many projects are in the Construction phase and in the Multi-Residential and/or Commercial sector. 

DUTIES

• Deliver DA/CC documentation
• Manage the DA stage from start to finish
• Regularly liaise with stakeholders
• Coordinate consultants

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Tertiary qualification in Architecture
• Highly proficient and confident in ArchiCAD
• Strong BCA knowledge and ability to work autonomously
• Previous experience working on residential projects is essential
