The role and you:

  • This role involves having a thorough understanding of the design process – taking a concept from ideation to execution.
  • You must be able to work efficiently and confidently under pressure within tight deadlines, independently and co-dependently.
  • You will visualise concepts using digital mock-ups.
  • You will create realistic looking real-world objects and blend them into a scene within Photoshop.
  • You will shoot, edit and produce stories of advertising assets and campaigns. These will be used internally for marketing purposes and uploaded externally via the JCDecaux Global YouTube Channel.
  • You will interpret written or spoken descriptions of technology-integrated creative solutions and align them to briefs creative guidelines.
  • You will ensure all work falls in line with JCDecaux Australia’s visual identity, communication is clear and thorough and all work is completed with high attention to detail.

 

To be considered for this role you’ll:

  • Have a Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similar tertiary qualification
  • Have advertising and marketing knowledge
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Take initiative, be organised and manage short and long-term projects effectively

 

It would also be great if you had:

  • Photography and Videography skills – DSLR shooting, post-production
  • Working knowledge of animation and motion graphics - Adobe After Effects, Video editing software.
  • Some experience working in a creative or media agency
