The Role

Working for a mid to large practice in Melbourne CBD, you will be part of the innovative and high performing Interior Design team. Boasting an excellent company culture and a beautiful work space, this is an opportunity to work on landmark projects in retail and public spaces, that will contribute to the ongoing transformation of Melbourne.
Specialising in Retail Shopping Centres & Public Spaces, you will enjoy focusing on Documentation in Revit, as well as sourcing and selecting FFE. Your main tool will be Revit, therefore, thorough technical knowledge and proficiency in this system is required.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Working on a wide variety of projects from concept to completion
• Liaising with clients and consultants on a regular basis to take the original brief, as well as ensure that the project is delivered to specification & on time
• Detail documentation in Revit
• Working with a team of designers and documenters to adhere to tight time-frames

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

• 4-8 years' proven experience in similar roles
• Strong technical ability and proficiency in Revit & Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in Retail Shopping Centres is considered highly advantageous
• Proven experience in Retail & Public/Cultural Spaces
• Good design sensibility, with fresh and innovative ideas
• All round experience from Concept to Delivery
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
