ABOUT THE COMPANY.
This integrated Architecture and Interior Design practice has an outstanding reputation within the industry for delivering innovative projects across multiple sectors. With a secure pipeline of projects, this practice is currently seeking an experienced and creative Interior Designer to join their team.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As an Interior Designer, you will work in partnership with the Principal and will be responsible for project delivery, team management and business development. With your excellent leadership and communication skills you will oversee the delivery of multiple projects, work with a team of Interior Designers through the entire project cycle from initial brief to completion and will be heavily involved in client relationship management.
DUTIES.
- Produce innovative concept design
- Documentation mark-ups
- Client briefs and presentations
- Manage and mentor Junior Interior Designers
- Respond to RFIs
- Tertiary qualification in Interior Design
- Software proficiency in ArchiCAD is ideal
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant project experience
- Proven ability in project delivery from concept to completion
- Ability and experience managing overall projects
