Architect - Associate

The company: 
A national Architectural & Design practice who have a wealth of experience in the design and delivery of medium to large scale developments are seeking to recruit an Architect at Associate level to help strengthen their Sydney office.  Other projects currently range across the healthcare, defence, education, residential and aviation sectors. 
 
You will be forming part of the management team and helping strengthen the leadership and competency for the office and the wider business.

The role: - Associate Architect
Responsibilities will include: 

Working closely with the office Principal 
Concept Design, Documentation, Project Management
Client negotiation and management
Attend networking events and get involved in Business Development
Staff management 

The requirement: 
To be considered for this role you will have gained experience working on transportation, rail or infrastructure lead work and you will be comfortable in a client and staff management role. You will also be a strong designer and project architect with high technical experience.

This is a full time permanent position with a national organisation who believes in the looking after their best assets their employees.

It is essential you have gained experience in the infrastructure sector. Experience working with Transport for New South Wales is highly desirable.
