The Opportunity:
  
Our client are an international leading planning and design firm instrumental in some of the most exciting and dynamic projects across Sydney. They’re looking to expand their team by recruiting an experienced Senior Landscape Architect.
  
The Role:
  
This is a role for a Senior Landscape Architect, you will be supporting projects working with both private clients, including many of the major developers working in New South Wales, as well as a broad range of local and state government departments. In this role you will take responsibility for project delivery and preparation of a wide variety of design content (master planning through to documentation) for high rise and mixed-use projects, greenfield subdivisions and industrial precincts.  The role will include duties such as:

• Preparation of design drawings,
• Project contract administration
• Preparation of construction documentation
• Provide advice to clients, both internal and external;
• Preparation of tenders, proposals and submissions
• Performing site visits

Essential Experience:

• Tertiary qualification in landscape architecture
• Minimum 7 year’s industry experience
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Sketchup
• Well-developed Autocad skills and capability
• Solid graphic communication skills
• Significant project management experience
• Proactive self-starter with interest in the industry
• Attention to detail and delivery of quality documents and communication
• Client facing with the ability to maintain relationships
• High level written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work autonomously and within a team
• Good organisational and time management skills
