The Opportunity:
  
Our client is an industry leading architectural practice established for over 50 years. They’re looking to recruit an experienced Senior Architect to join their Justice team working on correctional facilities.
  
The Role:
  
This is a role for a Senior Architect to work across correctional facilities and other justice buildings, to create responsive facilities that service all who interact with them. Their current team has extensive knowledge and a demonstrated capacity of delivering large scale projects. Key to their approach is to maintain clear and concise communication with the client and the wider design team. The role will include duties such as:

• Manage a team as well contribute collaboratively in larger multi-disciplinary teams
• Manage your own work schedules to meet project timeframes
• Manage projects, clients and other stakeholder relationships within agreed time frames
• Preparation of design drawings & construction documentation
• Performing site visits

Essential Experience:

• Site experience
• Revit experience
• Experience on large scale projects ($60 million plus)
• Experience using Aconex or similar preferred
• Correction project experience ideally, health / aged care / education experience would be preferred if not
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum 8 years local experience
