We are currently seeking a Senior Urban Designer to commence work with an industry leading client working on various multi-disciplinary projects where you will be able to develop your skills within a collaborative team.
As a result of continued growth, our client is looking for a capable individual to join their team on a permanent basis. To be successful in this role you will be degree qualified along with having a minimum of 8 years’ experience in similar roles. You will have sound technical knowledge and a keen eye for detail as well as a solid understanding of the local market. You need to be someone who is intent on meeting client specifications through your work and ensuring that our clients overall success is at the forefront of what you do.
You will have a track record of ensuring that all design tasks meet the requirements of our client and their customers. This will involve providing beneficial advice along with possessing outstanding skills with various software including AutoCAD and Adobe creative suite. Collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders is paramount in this role and you will need to have previously displayed excellent communication: both written and verbal coupled with the ability to lead from the front. Effective time management will be pivotal to carry out assigned responsibilities along with completing projects to the highest standard under client imposed deadlines.
