Our client has a solid pipeline of long term work, working within the educational  sector, and as such are adding a Project Architect to their team. 

You will be a key part of a studio, and work closely with clients at all stages. 
They work in a collaborative way, and the hours are standard. No late nights and crazy deadlines. 

Experience within the education space is a plus, but not a must

The Role:
• Architect on Education projects - Schools private and public
• Work with a dedicated and professional project team
• Liaise with clients, consultants and key stakeholders
• Oversee high quality documentation for relevant phases of the project
• Be focused on delivery of all aspects of the project to the highest standard
• Manage client and stakeholder and internal relationships effectively 

 The Candidate:
• Relevant qualifications in Architecture
• At least 3 + years' experience post-graduation as an Architect
• Relevant local Australian experience on projects
• Previous experience delivering projects through all aspects including construction
• Revit Capability
• Experience on educational or institutional projects a plus. 
• Excellent client management skills and ability to articulate and execute design intent throughout project
