The Role: 
As Lead Product Designer, you will help craft & build the Product Design team as well as define the overall product. You will build the most charming financial experiences for your customers and work closely with your peers. Apart from design, you will lead a team of talented Product Designers to produce extraordinary work, intuitive designs whilst providing ongoing support & training.


Duties:

• Build exciting & intuitive mobile & web experiences for users
• Lead, mentor & train your team of Product Designers
• Drive a user-centred design practice & on-brand solutions
• Execute holistic experience design & detailed execution balance
• Understand emerging technology & design patterns
• Develop & lead best-practice for product design consistency & coherence
• Work with product management, engineering, brand and other departments

Skills & Experience:

• Deep understanding of interaction design, visual design & user experience
• Experience crafting high-quality interfaces & experiences
• Strong communications skills to collaborate with internal teams
• Shown visual mockups production using Sketch or similar tools
• Familiar with prototyping tools such as Invision
