An exciting opportunity is available for a Cosham Showroom Assistant to join Queensland’s No.1 home builder, Plantation Homes, on a casual basis located in our Springwood office. This role will include working Monday, Friday and Saturday with one additional day required. The hours of work are our standard business hours of 8:30am till 5:00pm and Saturdays 10:00am till 2:00pm
Our Showroom Assistants are the face of Cosham Studio and responsible for maintaining our Colour and Electrical Showroom, providing advice and guidance to our customers and undertaking general administrative tasks.
Being the first point of contact in our Cosham studio, we are looking for someone who is passionate about design and has an approachable demeanour. You will feel comfortable communicating with our valued and diverse customers and enjoy working in a motivated and driven team.
To succeed, you'll need to demonstrate:
- Experience or exposure to Colour Selection or Interior Designing
- Completed or currently studying a degree or certificate in Interior Design
- Have an excellent presentation and impeccable communication skills
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work and become a part of team environment.
The successful applicant will join an experienced team and be provided with both technical and hands-on training.
