About the Candidate

We are seeking applications for candidates with the following skills and attributes:

1. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing the design process, including the creation, coordination and development, within the signage industry.
2. Demonstrated ability to transfer creative concepts into functional artwork that meets the customer’s requirements
3. High level of computer literacy, with intermediary skills in MS Word and Outlook, coupled with extensive experience in design software including Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
4. Experience in working cooperatively with teams to ensure adherence to business processes and workflows.
5. Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, including the ability to design and implement improvements.
6. Ideally, tertiary qualifications in graphic design.
