The position

We are searching for a passionate & artistic product designer to join our team.
At upside we are devoted to produce high quality results in terms of service, technology and design. You will be defining the experience of our products in a collaborative and growing team of product managers, agents, designers & engineers  to deliver beautiful and accessible experiences.

Responsibilities

• Bring projects from concept to completion: conduct research, discover insights, propose ideas, design workflows and interactions.
• Validate concepts and hypotheses through research, sketch & prototypes
• Create & understand specs then deliver designs collaborating with engineering team
• Work directly with key stakeholders to envision and iterate concepts
• Contribute to strategic decisions with the rest of the team
• Deliver mockups and high-fidelity user interfaces
• Be a key team player developing the Upside Design System

Requirements

• Experience designing and helping ship digital products and systems
• Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Self-motivated and able to efficiently run with multiple projects
• Good communication skills, team player
• Fluent with visual design tools like Photoshop, Sketch, Principle, Invision
• Competency in HTML and CSS
• We willl consider a univerity graduate through to 2 years experience
• Degree in Interaction design, graphic design or equivalent field
