Due to someone deciding not to return from maternity leave, we are looking to add a Contract Sales Executive to the team in the Sydney office.
The Role
As the Sales Exec you will be responsible for Sales of furnishings through the A&D channel specifically into commercial projects such as Hotels, Casinos, Office interiors, Restaurants and Retail environments. There is a separate team that looks after one off residential and multi-res projects.
Your role will essentially be responsible for:
- Working closely with a portfolio of high end Interior Designers and Architects to develop a solution, not sell them a product
- Liaising with Brand and Product managers to present solutions for your clients upcoming projects
You will be joining a team that gets the job done but has a good leadership and has a good time in the process.
You
Ideally you will have sales experience within the furniture industry however anyone with Sales experience and an appreciation for high end architecture and design is encouraged to apply.
High end retail experience is ok, however some commercial sales experience is preferred.
Alternatively you may be an Interior Designer who is looking to create a career in Sales.
Most importantly will be strong interpersonal skills and the willingness to learn and join a great team.
