About the Role
We are seeking a talented Landscape Architect to join our Design Studio. The role is responsible for assisting with strategic design work across a broad range of projects in the Residential, Mixed Use and Retirement Living businesses. This role also contributes to a design excellence culture with opportunities to be involved in vision workshops and master plans; to ensure all projects deliver value, create quality and realise commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare landscape design briefs, concepts, and guide consultant teams in the design of public domains;
- Provide specialist landscape design advice to support mixed and single use developments across Stockland’s Residential and Retirement Living businesses, including vision workshops;
- Assist with ensuring landscape design expertise delivered by external consultants is consistent with Stockland standards and practices;
- Assist in managing key internal and external stakeholder relationships.
About You
This is an exciting role for an individual with a high level of Landscape Design experience, who is looking to work on challenging and interesting projects in addition to being part of a broader fast paced design team.
Key skills include:
- Accredited landscape architectural degree;
- Significant prior experience in delivering landscape architectural designs;
- Relevant experience in the design, planning and delivery of contemporary residential landscape;
- Developed/contributed to Design Frameworks, best practices and efficient ways of working;
- Community and stakeholder management experience.
