This is an energetic, North Sydney practice with a demonstrated record in the design of intelligent live, work and hybrid environments. Our client  is an international Architecture and Interior Design practice committed to design excellence and innovation in mixed-use residential and Aged Care/Senior Living projects.

The role     
 
One of our favourite client is currently looking for a Senior Interior Designer Team leader  to join their practice based in Sydney, covering the full spectrum of architectural and design services across the industry.                                                            
You will lead a team of normally 6 - 12 people depending on work load.
They do 70% multi unit residential, 25% aged care and 5% other type of work.
We need someone with a minimum 7 years of experience  working on relevant projects. 

We need a very strong designer who has lead the conceptualisation and delivery of high end interiors projects.
The successful candidate will be joining a growing team of over 80 Architects, Designers and Technicians in a vibrant and dynamic working environment, leading the interior design team as the company continues to expand globally. 
The skills and experience required for this position include: 

• Minimum 7 years' experience as an Interior Designer / Interior Architect
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Design flair and leadership qualities
• Multi-Unit Residential and Hotel experience
• Experience of leading and mentoring a team
