The company:
The practice is a highly-regarded firm working with exciting projects across Interior Design and Architecture. They are known for delivering innovative design solutions for high profile clients, and delivering award-winning design. Their reputation in the industry is rapidly growing, as is their staff headcount, with plans to take on a number of new employees over the next 12 months to support their steady growth . They have just moved into a beautiful, larger office close to Wynyard station.

The role                                                        

The role would suit someone with a minimum 7 years experience in the industry, who has previously worked on Commercial and Life-Style or Multi-unit Residential projects. The practice is looking for a skilled project leader who has experience of taking projects from start to finish independently, as well as having experience of managing a team delivering projects. You'll be working in a vibrant and dynamic working environment, working with the architecture team as the company continues to expand. 

The skills and experience required for this position include:

• Minimum 7 years local experience 
• High level organisational skills and time management
• Proficiency in  Revit
• Proven local experience with large scale projects
• Sound construction knowledge and understanding of ADG and BCA
• Client Facing skills
