Our client is a multi-award winning Practice and is highly regarded and respected through-out the Architectural industry. Our client has a strong commitment to environmentally-sustainable design and is seeking a professional who can be “highly creative”  with front end-design.

You will be responsible for:

• Design development on a wide range of projects such as medium density residential projects, retirement village complexes, boarding houses and much more
• The work is predominately front end design and submitting development applications, so lots of creativity involved
• Preparation of DA documentation of projects in Vectorworks
• To work with colleagues and clients on key projects to innovate and develop memorable places to live.
• Actively engage, collaborate and support all team members and ensure project priorities are managed effectively and efficiently.
• Assist the Practice to effectively manage and deliver projects on time, within budget and in a manner consistent with their creative philosophy.

You ideally will have:

• A strong interest in environmentally sustainable design
• Strong creative design development skills
• Must have Vectorworks proficiency and ideally Sketchup software
• A caring, engaging and fun attitude.
• A tertiary qualification in Architecture
• 2 to 5+ years post-graduation, local industry experience.
• A working knowledge of building and construction materials, methods and techniques including an understanding of local construction regulations, codes and standards.
